Terms of Service
Last updated August 19, 2026 · operated by jobberscheduler.com
These terms cover your use of this service, which receives appointment details from a system you control and creates the matching visit in your Jobber account.
1. What the service does
You connect a Jobber account, and the service gives you a secret webhook URL. Appointments posted to that URL are turned into a client, a job and a scheduled visit in the connected Jobber account, assigned to the team members you configure. That is the whole of it — the service does not send messages to your customers, take payments, or alter existing work.
2. Your Jobber account
You authorise access through Jobber's own OAuth screen, and you may revoke it at any time from Jobber → Apps. You are responsible for having the authority to connect the account you connect, and for the accuracy of what your sending system posts. Records created in Jobber are yours; this service claims no ownership of them.
3. Keeping your webhook URL secret
The webhook URL contains a secret token and is the only credential needed to create records in your Jobber account. You are responsible for keeping it confidential and for anything created through it. If it is exposed, regenerate it from the dashboard — the previous URL stops working immediately.
4. Acceptable use
- Do not send appointment data you are not entitled to send, or that you have no lawful basis to process.
- Do not attempt to reach Jobber accounts other than the one you connected.
- Do not use the service to probe, overload or interfere with this installation or with Jobber's API.
- Respect Jobber's own terms and API rate limits; this service passes your requests through to them.
5. Availability
The service is provided as-is, with no uptime commitment. It depends on this installation's hosting and
on Jobber's API, and either can be unavailable. When an appointment cannot be delivered, the service
answers the sender with an error status so the sender can retry — building that retry into your sending
system is your responsibility. Send an idempotency_key with each appointment so a retry
cannot create a duplicate assessment.
6. Data
The Privacy Policy describes what is accessed in Jobber, what is stored, for how long, and the risks involved. It forms part of these terms.
7. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided without warranties of any kind, and jobberscheduler.com is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or lost or mis-scheduled work arising from use of the service. Scheduling automation can fail in ways that matter — check that assessments land where you expect before relying on it for live bookings.
8. Changes and termination
These terms may change when the service changes; the date above reflects the current version. You may stop using the service at any time by revoking access in Jobber. Access may be withdrawn if these terms are breached.
9. Relationship to Jobber
This service is an independent integration. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or a product of Jobber, and Jobber is not a party to these terms. "Jobber" is the trademark of its owner.
